Competence training for roof sheeters

    Hi

    I work for a large roof sheeting contractor who specialise in metal or concealed fixed roof sheeting and cladding. Most of our work is done by sub-contractors and I am looking for a roof sheeting installation training course. This is to ensure competence for all the installation teams. I can not find anything in S.A.
    Not even the large roof sheeting suppliers in the contry is aware of any courses.There is also no courses registered on the SAQA NQF.

    What do I do? We need to train these persons so that everyone is on the same level thus increasing our quality and also reducing our LTI stats.

    Do we train them in-house? Or do I approach the SETA?
