    The yellow circle in the picture is a navigation light on top a tower crane.
    Around 8 employees were working on an elevator shaft, pouring concrete, with the only source of lighting, being LED head lamps worn by two persons.

    None were wearing any form of fall protection gear.

    The response to the poll was so little, I thought I'd change the topic altogether, but cannot seem to find the delete button of the poll.
